Motion Media Packages

Our Motion Media services deliver smooth, cinematic drone footage designed to showcase properties, businesses, and locations with movement and perspective that still images can’t provide. Packages are based on 30 seconds of finished video, additional length may be added as needed

Motion Essentials - $250

($30 per additional 15 seconds)

Motion Plus - $350

Interactive 360° imagery for online viewing and virtual walkthroughs. Aerial and/or ground capture available across all tiers.

Immersive Essentials - $250

• Google Street View integration
• No hosting included

Immersive Plus - $400

• Up to 15 images
• Google Street View integration
• 1 year of standard hosting included

Immersive Signature - $650

• Up to 25 images

Additional 360° images: $30 per image

Technical Imaging

Progression Imaging (Progress Documentation)

Progression Imaging is designed for repeatable, timeline-based documentation of construction sites, commercial properties, and ongoing projects. Ideal for stakeholder updates, reporting, marketing milestones, and recordkeeping.

Each Progression Imaging visit includes:

• Up to 20 finished images
• Primarily aerial imagery (ground imagery included as needed for documentation)
• Basic image correction (exposure and color balance)
• Choice of one media add-on per visit:
- Two 15-second videos OR
- Two 360° images OR
- One 15-second video + one 360° image

Progression Milestone - $300 (Single Visit)

One documentation visit with a complete photo set and your choice of media add-on. Best for milestones, site condition documentation, and one-time progress updates.

Progression Quarterly - $1,100 (4 Visits / Calendar Year)

A cost-effective plan for consistent seasonal documentation and stakeholder reporting.
($275 per visit)

Progression Monthly - $3,000 (12 Visits / Calendar Year)

Best for active construction phases and projects that benefit from monthly tracking and consistent deliverables.
($250 per visit)

Specialized Inspection Imaging (Visual + Thermal Documentation)

Specialized Inspection Imaging provides visual and thermal capture for documentation of conditions that may warrant review by your designated professional. Thermal results can vary based on weather, surface materials, and site conditions.

Note: Interpretation of thermal or visual findings is the responsibility of the client or their designated professional. These services do not replace professional inspections, engineering evaluations, or official reports.

Inspection Essentials - $350

A documentation-focused package for small sites and targeted checks.
• Aerial and/or ground imagery
• Up to 10 capture sets (thermal, visual, and side-by-side) - 30 images total
• Basic thermal calibration and visual correction

Inspection Plus - $600

Expanded coverage for larger areas, multi-surface capture, or more thorough documentation.
• Aerial and/or ground imagery
• Up to 20 capture sets (thermal, visual, and side-by-side) - 60 images total
• Basic thermal calibration and visual correction

Inspection Comprehensive - $900

Best for larger buildings, multi-area documentation, or projects requiring broad coverage.
• Aerial and/or ground imagery
• Up to 35 capture sets (thermal, visual, and side-by-side) - 105 images total
• Basic thermal calibration and visual correction

Mapping & Modeling Imaging (2D Mapping + 3D Models)

Mapping & Modeling services provide visual, GIS-style, and illustrative maps and models for planning, measurement reference, documentation, and visualization. These deliverables are not intended for legal boundary determination, survey-grade measurements, or engineering surveys.

Overview Mapping - $300

A high-altitude map for general planning and site documentation.
• Aerial imagery only
• Standard-quality map up to 10 acres
• $30 per acre beyond the first 10 acres

Precision Mapping - $450

Lower-altitude capture for higher detail and improved clarity for planning and documentation.
• Aerial imagery only
• High-quality map up to 6 acres
• $75 per acre beyond the first 6 acres

3D Modeling - $600

Multi-pass capture to produce a high-definition 3D model for visualization and planning.
• Aerial imagery only
• High-definition model up to 4 acres
• $150 per acre beyond the first 4 acres

Projects That May Require a Custom Quote

Projects exceeding 20 acres, involving structures taller than 50 feet, operating in controlled or restricted airspace, containing significant obstructions (trees, poles, power lines), or presenting other flight/capture complexities may require a custom quote.
